This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through www.sarconyx.com. SARCONYX is a brand operated by JETCOSHOP LLC (“SARCONYX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. General Return Policy

Due to the nature of dietary supplement products, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

- Be returned within 30 days of delivery;
- Be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging;
- Be in the same condition in which you received it;
- Include proof of purchase, such as an order number or purchase confirmation.

For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used, partially used, damaged-by-customer, or unsealed dietary supplement products.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Opened or used dietary supplements;
- Products with broken or removed seals;
- Products not in their original packaging;
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper storage, or handling;
- Gift cards, if applicable;
- Final sale, clearance, or promotional items clearly marked as non-returnable;
- Products returned without prior authorization.

3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, defective item, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

- The shipping label;
- Any visible damage or issue.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated, or within the timeframe required by applicable law, we may contact you with an updated estimated shipping date and, where required, offer you the option to accept the delay or cancel the order for a refund.

If an item is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, we may cancel the affected item or order and issue a refund for the unshipped item.

9. Lost or Missing Packages

We may ask you to verify your shipping address and check with the carrier. Resolution may depend on the carrier’s investigation and the tracking information available.

We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different product, you may request a return for an eligible unopened item and place a new order separately.

12. International Orders
